OVEN BEEF STEW|
2 lb. chuck or round steak
6 carrots, cut small
6 potatoes, cut small
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 c. tomato juice
Stir all together; then place in a large baking pan with
a tight lid. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 1/2 hours. Do not uncover
until baking time is complete. Serves 4.
