1 head lettuce
1 chopped green pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 pt. mayonnaise
12 strips bacon
1 Spanish onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar

Fill large bowl half way with lettuce. Sprinkle 1/2 cup
chopped celery over lettuce. Sprinkle 1 chopped green pepper
over celery. Sprinkle 1 medium chopped Spanish onion over
pepper. Sprinkle 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas over onion.
Blend 1/2 pint mayonnaise and 1/2 pint sour cream together and
spread mixture over entire surface of salad. Sprinkle 3
teaspoons sugar over top. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
over top. Fry and crumble 12 strips bacon over all. Cover and
refrigerate overnight or long enough for flavors to blend. Can
be doubled or tripled for large groups.
