CRANBERRY SALAD 1 pkg. cranberry 1 1/2 c. water 1 c. sugar pinch of salt 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 pkg. Knox gelatine 1/4 c. water 1 c. apples 1 c. celery 1/2 c. pecans Wash cranberries. Cook with 1 1/2 cups water, 1 cup sugar and pinch of salt. Let boil until cranberries crack. Take off stove and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 packages Knox gelatine. Mix with 1/4 cup water. Put in cranberries, apples, celery and pecans. Put in molding pan. Let stand overnight.
