MEXICAN CHEF SALAD|
1 head lettuce
green onion, chopped
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Doritos chips, crushed
1 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 lb. ground round
1 can kidney beans
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tomatoes cut in wedges
1 avocado, diced (optional)
Brown hamburger, drain. Mix in can of kidney beans and
salt with hamburger. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix everything togeth-
er and serve pronto!! (Or lettuce and chips will get soggy.)
Add hot or mild taco sauce if desired.
