CORKSCREW MACARONI TOSS|
1 c. uncooked macaroni
2 small carrots, cut into
2-inch julienne strips
2 green onions, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento,
3/4 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. English peas, thawed
2 Tbsp. parsley, fresh
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cook corkscrew macaroni according to package directions,
omitting salt, drain. Rinse with cold water, drain. Combine
pasta and remaining ingredients, except lettuce, tossing well.
Chill at least 1 hour. Spoon onto lettuce leaves, lined in
