PINK ARCTIC FREEZE (Frozen Salad) 2 tsp. sugar 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 tsp. mayonnaise 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1/2 c. nuts 1/4 to 1/2 c. powdered sugar Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar with mixer. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts. Stir in whipping cream, sweeten with powdered sugar folded in. Freeze in loaf pan 1 to 2 hours. Slice to serve. Keep remainder in freezer.
