CRANBERRY SALAD (Serves 10 to 12) 1 pkg. red jello 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 1/2 c. hot water* 1 c. pecans 1/4 pkg. plain gelatin, mixed with 1/4 c. cold water *Use juice from pineapple as part of hot water, make up difference with hot water. Combine jello, hot water and plain gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved. Add cranberries, pineapple and nuts. Pour into dish and let set.
