COLESLAW DRESSING

5 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
butter the size of a walnut
1 c. salad dressing

Mix sugar, dry mustard, salt, flour and egg, set aside.
Combine vinegar, water and butter; bring to a boil. Add first
mixture and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat, beat
well, add salad dressing and beat a minute longer. Dressing
will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
