5 lb. tomatoes
1 lb. onions
2 tsp. salt
2 lb. peppers
1/3 c. lemon juice
Select peppers to achieve desired "hotness". Remove
seeds from peppers. Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions in food
processor. Stir in lemon juice and salt. Makes approximately
