BEET AND PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello 1 (16 oz.) can shoe string beets 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 c. 7-Up Drain juice from beets and pineapple. Add water to make 2 cups. Bring to boil. Dissolve jello in juice. Add 7-Up, sugar and lemon juice. Add beets and pineapple. Chill. Top with mixture of 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sour cream. Can use Imo for sour cream.
