EVELYN'S SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello 1 c. boiling water 1 small can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. cottage cheese 1/2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. shredded carrots 1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add pineapple, mayo, cottage cheese, carrot and celery. Let thicken. Fold in Dream Whip. Chill until set. Serves 8.
