WILD WEST CHILI SOUP|
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 medium cloves garlic,
1 can beef broth
2 cans tomato soup
1 soup can water
2 cans kidney beans
3 c. cooked macaroni
3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Brown and drain ground beef. Place in soup kettle. Add
all other ingredients, except macaroni. Cook about 45 minutes.
Add macaroni. Cook about 15 minutes more on medium heat.
