CRABBY OLD SALAD|
2 cans tuna, drained
1 can crabmeat
3 hard-cooked eggs
8 sweet gherkins
1/2 small onion
3 stalks celery
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sweet pickle vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Thoroughly chop or grind in food processor tuna,
crabmeat, eggs, pickles, celery and onion. Blend mayonnaise,
sugar, salt and cream cheese together. Stir in the vinegar
(from the pickle jar) and combine all ingredients. Chill well.
Serve garnished with stuffed olives.
