VEGETABLE MARINADE

1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. dill weed
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix together and add 1 cup Wesson oil. Marinate any
vegetables 24 hours or more. Drain and serve as an appetizer
or vegetable dish.
Suggested vegetables: broccoli flowerets, carrots,
squash, cherry tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, cauliflower, etc.
