1 pt. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 large head cabbage, shredded
2 to 3 large carrots, shredded
1 to 2 bell peppers, sliced
1 to 2 onions, sliced

Combine vinegar, sugar and seed. Boil 2 to 3 minutes.
Cool. Combine vegetables. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage
mixture and mix. Ready to use or freeze. Keeps up to 2 weeks
in refrigerator.
