CONGEALED TUNA SALAD 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin 1 c. water 1 can tomato soup 3 small pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine 1 green pepper, minced 1/4 onion, minced 2 small cans flaked white tuna 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. Tabasco (optional) 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Soak gelatin in water. Heat soup and blend in gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Cut up cream cheese and add to this warm mixture. Beat with electric mixer for smooth blend. Cool and add other ingredients. Pour in mold to congeal. Serve on lettuce bed. Serves 8.
