GUACAMOLE SALAD BOWL 1/2 medium head lettuce 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges 1/2 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1 c. corn chips 1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) or 9 1/4 oz. can tuna, drained 1 recipe avocado dressing 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Break lettuce in bowl. Add tomatoes, olives, onions, corn chips and tuna. Toss lightly with avocado dressing. Top with cheese or additional ripe olives. Dressing: 1/2 c. mashed ripe avocado 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1/3 c. salad oil 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp.
