1 can red sour cherries
1 large can crushed pineapple,
1 pkg. lemon or cherry jello
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1/2 c. sugar
1 orange (including juice and
1/2 c. nuts

Put cherry juice and sugar in pot and boil a few min-
utes. Add jello. Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water and
add to mixture. Add drained pineapple, nuts and orange to
mixture. Pour in molds. Serve on lettuce.
