CHERRY CONGEALED SALAD

2 pkg. cherry jello
2 c. hot water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese,
softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add pineapple and cherry
pie filling. Pour into 8 1/2 x 13 x 2-inch dish. Let congeal.
Topping: Blend together remaining ingredients and
spread on top of mixture. Chill. Serves 12.
