ORANGE FLUFF SALAD

2 pkg. gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 small can orange juice,
thawed
1 large can crushed pineapple
and juice
2 cans Mandarin oranges,
drained

Mix gelatin, hot water and orange juice. Cool. Add
oranges (drained) and pineapple with juice to gelatin. Mix
well. Place in 13 x 11-inch dish and congeal.

Topping:
1 box instant lemon pudding
1 c. milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Beat pudding and milk until just firm. Whip cream; mix
with pudding. Spread onto salad.
