RUSSIAN SALAD 20 large marshmallows 1 small can evaporated milk 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pkg. lime jello 3/4 c. hot water 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice 1 c. nuts, chopped Combine marshmallows and cream cheese with milk in top of double boiler. Cook until mixture is smooth (cream cheese melts better when added at room temperature). Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Combine mixture. Chill until set. Fits in 8-inch square Pyrex dish. Cut in squares.
