COOKED PINEAPPLE SALAD 3 eggs 1 c. pineapple juice 1/2 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 Tbsp. butter dash of salt 1 lb. miniature marshmallows 1 can chunk pineapple, drained 1 can fruit cocktail, drained Beat eggs. Add pineapple juice, sugar, cornstarch, butter and salt. Put into kettle and cook until thickened. Cool. Add 1/2 pint beaten whipping cream. Fold in marshmal- lows, pineapple and fruit cocktail. Refrigerate until ready to use.
