LETTUCE SALAD 1/2 head lettuce 3 eggs, boiled 1 small onion 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. mustard 1/8 c. vinegar Shred lettuce; cut eggs and onions in rings. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Pour over lettuce mixture before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cabbage may be substituted for lettuce. Leave out onions.
