1/2 head lettuce
3 eggs, boiled
1 small onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. mustard
1/8 c. vinegar
Shred lettuce; cut eggs and onions in rings. Mix
mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Pour over lettuce mixture
before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cabbage may be
