APPLE-CINNAMON SALAD 2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon gelatin 1/2 c. red cinnamon candies 2 c. boiling water 2 c. unsweetened applesauce 2 Tbsp. lemon juice dash of salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans Dissolve gelatin and candy in boiling water. Stir in applesauce, lemon juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Add nuts and chill until firm. Serve on lettuce.
