1 1/4 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
large dash of oregano, thyme
and basil
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown hamburger in small amount of oil. Cook slowly
until done. Remove from drippings and set aside. Saute onions
in drippings until clear; add hamburger and remaining ingredi-
ents. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour.
