HAMBURGER SOUP

2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. frozen butter beans
1 large can whole kernel corn
1 large can tomato sauce
1 c. fresh okra (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger in skillet. Drain; place in pot with
frozen beans. Cook for 30 minutes. Add corn, tomato sauce and
okra. Add seasoning. Cook for additional 20 minutes on
medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Makes a
good meal when served with corn muffins.
