1 medium cabbage (4 lb.),
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery, cut
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 small jar pimento
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. salt
Bring to a boil sugar, vinegar and spices. Cool. Mix
chopped vegetables; pour the vinegar mixture over vegetables
and mix well. Place in covered container and refrigerate
overnight. Will keep for a week.
