AUNT RITA'S COTTAGE CHEESE SPREAD|
1 (6 oz.) box lime jello
2 c. boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple,
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed walnuts
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 lb. or 2 c. creamed cottage
Dissolve jello in water and let cool. Mix remaining
ingredients together and blend into jello until mixed through.
Chill until set. Use a 13 x 9-inch pan.
