5 lb. potatoes or 3 qt. cooked
and sliced
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 pt. diced celery (3 c.)
1 c. sliced radishes
1 1/2 pt. mayonnaise (3 c.)

Cook potatoes; cool and slice or dice. Combine oil,
vinegar, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes and let
stand at least 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients. Serve on
lettuce leaf. Makes 24 servings (1/2 cup each).
