PESTO PASTA SALAD

1 jar marinate of artichoke
hearts
1 pkg. dry pesto mix
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pkg. frozen petite peas
1 can sliced olives
salt and pepper to taste
4 c. or 1 pkg. twisted pasta
or any combination of
shapes

Cook pasta. Mix rest of ingredients and gently fold in
cooked pasta when done.
Note: If using fresh pesto, reduce the mayonnaise and
oil.
