AVOCADO SALSA MOLD|
2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. picante sauce
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chopped pimento
few drops of Worcestershire
4 pureed avocados
Soften gelatin with cold water. Add and stir in boiling
water until dissolved. Cool in refrigerator until thick.
Combine rest of ingredients in a blender, add gelatin mixture
and blend. Pour into 3 cup mold and chill.
