HOT CHICKEN SALAD|
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped, toasted
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips
Combine ingredients except cheese and potato chips and
toss lightly. Pile lightly into casserole. Sprinkle with
grated cheese and potato chips. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
