2 c. chopped onions
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 qt. tomato juice
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute onion in butter in a large pan until tender. Add
meat until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and
simmer for 20 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
