CHERRY JELLO SALAD

3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (6 oz.) cherry jello
1 large can crushed pineapple
(add juice also)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) can Coke

Bring water and sugar to boil. Add cherry pie filling.
Simmer 3 minutes. Add Jell-O; stir until dissolved. Add
pineapple, pecans and Coke. Pour in shallow pan and put in
icebox.
