COTTAGE CHEESE CARROT SALAD

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water or 12 ice
cubes
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. grated carrots
2 c. cottage cheese

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water. Then
add other ingredients and refrigerate.
