1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 large can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/3 c. rice
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
Brown hamburger and onion in oil. Drain, add remaining
ingredients. Cook 20 minutes, remove bay leaf.
