1 bunch chopped broccoli
2 onions, finely chopped
2 grated carrots
1 stick oleo
1 can cream of celery soup
4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
desired amount of parsley
1 can creamy chicken mushroom
soup or cream of mushroom
soup with 5 to 6 Tbsp.
chicken bouillon

Saute onions in oleo. Add soups, milk, salt, pepper,
parsley, carrots and broccoli. Cook slowly for approximately 1
hour. This makes a lot of soup but extra can be frozen.
