CHRISTMAS JELLO 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O 1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O 1 can cranberry sauce 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 orange, cut in small pieces 1/4 c. chopped nuts 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1/4 c. pineapple juice Dressing: 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped thick 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise Dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups hot water and 1 cup cold water. Mix well, allow to thicken to egg white consistency, then add whole cranberry sauce and drained pineapple (save pineapple juice). Add cut up orange and 1/4 cup chopped nuts. Pour into an oiled mold. Remove, after well chilled. Coat with dressing. Dressing: Add pineapple juice and mayonnaise to whipped heavy cream.
