SWEET POTATO SALAD|
2 (15 oz.) cans sweet
4 finely cut green onions with
1 1/2 c. finely cut celery
4 mashed hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Durkee dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
Drain sweet potatoes, mash and then combine with other
ingredients. Place bowl in refrigerator. Cover and chill
well. Garnish with green onions or chives.
