CHICKEN SALAD

2 (7 oz.) cans white chicken
meat or may cook 2 chicken
breasts and cut up
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. diced onion
1/3 c. slivered or sliced
almonds
cut up fruit of your choice
such as pineapple tidbits,
grapes, peaches, etc.
1 c. Miracle Whip salad
dressing
1 c. canned shoestring potato
snacks

Combine all ingredients except the shoestring potatoes
and chill. Toss the shoestring potatoes into the salad immedi-
ately before serving or serve on the side to sprinkle on top.
Serves 4 to 6.
