FRUIT SALAD 2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained (save juice) 1 can Mandarin oranges, drained (dispose juice) 2 or 3 sliced bananas pecans (handful) 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix 2 Tbsp. Tang Combine pineapple, mandarin oranges and pecans. Sprin- kle pudding mix (dry) over fruit. Add Tang to the pineapple juice and pour over the fruit and toss. Add the sliced bananas just before serving.
