MOM'S CHOCOLATE GLAZE (For Doughnuts) 2 Tbsp. water 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbsp. corn syrup 2 Tbsp. cocoa pinch of salt In a small saucepan combine the water, margarine and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat and stir in the cocoa. Beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla. Continue stirring until smooth. Cool slightly and then dip your doughnuts in the glaze (hole side down and cover half their surface). Allow to cool on wax paper.
