Drain pineapple juice and add enough water to make 1
cup. Heat to boiling and dissolve Jell-O. Cool. Add:
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
softened and mashed with
1 whole pimento, diced
1/2 pt. whipping cream,
whipped as usual
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
