RUTH'S PEAR SALAD

2 small boxes lemon Jell-O
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small Cool Whip
1 (29 oz.) can pears, drained
and diced

Boil the juice from the pears and add enough water to
make 2 cups liquid. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Add
8 ounce softened cream cheese. Mix in the small carton of Cool
Whip and fold in diced pears.
