1 very small can French-style
1 very small can peas
1/2 can pimentos (optional)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, separated into
Drain peas and beans and mix with other ingredients.
Add the following dressing and let stand overnight:
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/8 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Drain the salad before serving.
