2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced cooked ham
2 c. diced celery
1 c. salted almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 hard-boiled egg
2 Tbsp. sliced pimento
Mix chicken, ham, celery, almonds and mayonnaise and
place on bed of lettuce. Garnish with egg (cut lengthwise into
eighths) and pimento slices. Serve with hot biscuits. Serves
