LIME CHEESE SALAD|
2 pkg. lime Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small cottage cheese
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Dissolve the Jell-O in the hot water. Put in refrigera-
tor. When in syrupy form, add the pineapple, cottage cheese,
milk, mayonnaise and pecans. Place in refrigerator until firm.
Serves 12 to 16.
