1 qt. can sauerkraut, drained
for about 1 hour
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onions
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper or small
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
Drain sauerkraut for about an hour. Stir sauerkraut,
celery, onions, green pepper and red pepper or pimento all
together. Add sugar that has been mixed with vinegar. Mix.
