KRAUT SALAD 1 qt. can sauerkraut, drained for about 1 hour 2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. onions 1 large green pepper 1 large red pepper or small can pimento 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. vinegar Drain sauerkraut for about an hour. Stir sauerkraut, celery, onions, green pepper and red pepper or pimento all together. Add sugar that has been mixed with vinegar. Mix. Let set overnight in refrigerator.
