WHITE SAUCE (AND PEAS)|
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas,
cooked and drained, or 1 c.
canned peas, drained
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and salt. Add
milk. Stir and cook until bubbly. Add peas to hot mixture and
heat thoroughly. Makes 2 cups.
