FRENCH ONION SOUP

2 medium Bermuda onions
1/4 c. butter until soft
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef broth
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken
broth
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Italian bread
Mozzarella cheese

Slice and separate onions into rings. Saute onion in
butter. Combine with beef broth, chicken broth, Worcestershire
sauce, salt and pepper. Cook 20 minutes. Place in bowl. Top
with one slice Mozzarella cheese. Place in microwave until
cheese melts.
